At the Laboratory for the Structure of New Materials at McMaster University, researchers led by Dr. Bruce Gaulin are studying new magnetic and superconducting materials with the goal of understanding their remarkable properties. Their work will lead to the future exploitation of these properties for the creation of products we can only imagine, such as quantum computers and new electrical devices – and could dramatically change our lives for the better.
